Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at support@fandiperfume.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened box with all protective seals intact to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
